Biography

Giovanni di Miceli is born and baptized on 28 January 1863 in Corleone. He is the son of Antonino di Miceli and Salvatrice Puccio. His godparents are Giuseppe Cascio and Antonina Zabbia, a married couple.[1]

On the Trimveria, arriving in New Orleans in 1893. What follows is a partial list of passengers identified as being from Corleone:

These passengers are not identified on the manifest by their city of birth or last place of residence. Most have been positively identified as individuals from Corleone. Giovanni is the closest match for the passenger on this manifest of the same name, based on a review of baptisms in Corleone, 1858-68.
